The Incense route
Arabia is one of the oldest food capitals of the World; The Incense route existed from around the 7th Century BC to 4th Century BC. Spices and Incense was traded on a global scale thanks the central location. Now in 2014, the Dubai Food Festival attempts to recreate this magic of making Dubai the Gastronomy Capital of the Food!
This inaugural issue of Opulence #FOOD focuses on everything food related (page 12) and this is followed by tips on getting ready for summer; with good ingredients (page 20), healthy food (page 34), and a tested fitness tracker (page 29).
This magazine is inspired by popular fares such as ‘Saveur,’ ‘bon appetite,’ and ‘Vegetarian Times.’ The design and color palette was inspired from the iOS Human Interface Guidelines. So turn the page and enjoy your culinary journey through the Incense route.
